事情是这样的。
今年三月份在国内买了一台OPPO Find 5
由于一直插着电源玩大型游戏(asphalt 7), 电池损坏很严重,如下图:
于是我尝试跟OPPO欧洲服务商联系,看看能不能在欧洲花钱维修,电池过了六个月了也没指望能保修。(一体电池,没法自己买了换)
得到OPPO如下回复:

As Oppostyle is only a reseller of OPPO products, we are only able to offer support for the devices originally purchased on our store.
Unfortunately in you case we are not being able to offer our support directly as Oppostyle but I will be glad to forward your request to an OPPO representative who will be happy to solve your issue. You will be contacted soon by an OPPO specialist.

接着就受到国内OPPO一个小哥的邮件,说可以帮助我解决。 我没法回去维修,给我重新寄一个吧。等我收到新的,把旧的给他们寄回去就行。
还说从国内给我寄,我需要付关税。他们帮我安排从英国部门寄过来,当然安排的时间长了一点,前后花了一个礼拜。
不过还好我今天拿到了, 欧洲版本果然不一样,谷歌服务,应用商店一个不差,自己都不用刷
