有没有在公司里做PM的？想问下大家，大家都会进修什么证书马？

Prince2 PMP 这两个最好，其它还有一些入门级的，就比较随意了。

PMP证书在德国能干嘛？

Prince2 好像是欧洲本地的，PMP应该是老美的，国际化通用点。记得以前公司有个印度同事，每天闲的很，自己考了个Prince2 ，然后天天找老板要求涨工资，老板后来无奈给涨了。。。。。。。

考这个有什么用？我看了一下还有前提才能考？
Prerequisites
Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or the global equivalent)
7,500 hours leading and directing projects
35 hours of project management education
OR

Four-year degree
4,500 hours leading and directing projects
35 hours of project management education

Gain and Maintain Your PMP
The certification exam has 200 multiple-choice questions, and you have four hours to complete it.
To maintain your PMP, you must earn 60 professional development units (PDUs) every three years.
