搬家后电视费

只能背叛地球了

之前刚来德国是自己租房住了半年，就注册交了电视费，现在搬到guest house住了，guest house租金是包括了电视费的，住里面的朋友从来没有收到过电视费的信，然后我把我电视费的地址改成了guesthouse的地址，收到了让缴费的信，问楼管要了一个号码去取消，结果现在又来信给我，说没有取消成功，还是要缴费，我现在该咋办呀？

他们说的“你反对登记广播费的单位，认为你的学生宿舍的经营者支付所有的广播费，因此你不必登记你的单位或房间。房间不需要登记。你提供的缴费号码只指营业场所，而不是指公寓或房间。”
