中欧协会波黑代表处与波黑投促局签署谅解备忘录The Representative Office of the China-Europe Association in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina(FIPA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding
2025年，2月6日— 波斯尼亚和黑塞哥维那外国投资促进局（FIPA）局长马尔科.库巴特利亚与中国欧洲技术与经济合作协会波黑代表处主任陈慧签署了一份谅解备忘录，旨在加强波黑投促局与中欧协会波黑办事处的合作。谅解备忘录的内容包括一系列共同活动，如交换商业机会信息、组织投资论坛和商务会谈，以及为外国投资者提供支持。通过签署该文件，FIPA和CEATEC将加强相互合作，并致力于将波斯尼亚和黑塞哥维那推广为具有吸引力的外国投资目的地。

February 6, 2025 — Mr. Marko Kubatija, Director of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FIPA), and Ms. Chen Hui, Director of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Representative Office of the China-Europe Association for Technical and Economic Cooperation (CEATEC), signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at enhancing cooperation between FIPA and the CEATEC Bosnia and Herzegovina Office. The content of the Memorandum includes a series of joint activities, such as exchanging information on business opportunities, organizing investment forums and business meetings, and providing support for foreign investors. By signing this document, FIPA and CEATEC will strengthen their mutual cooperation and commit to promoting Bosnia and Herzegovina as an attractive destination for foreign investment.

The Bosnia and Herzegovina Representative Office of the China-Europe Association and the Development Agency of Serbia have signed a Memorandum of Understanding

当地时间4月14日，塞尔维亚投资发展署（RAS）与中国欧洲技术与经济合作协会（CEATEC）波黑代表处正式签署了一份谅解备忘录（MOU），标志着两个机构在经贸与技术合作领域迈出了重要一步。此次合作将为两国企业创造更多投资与贸易机会，推动区域经济协同发展。

On April 14 local time, the Development Agency of Serbia (RAS) and the Bosnia and Herzegovina Representative Office of the China-Europe Association for Technical and Economic Cooperation (CEATEC) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), marking a significant step forward in economic, trade, and technological cooperation between the two institutions. This collaboration will create more investment and trade opportunities for businesses from both countries and promote coordinated regional economic development.

Representative Office of the China-Europe Association for Technical and Economic Cooperation in Bosnia and Herzegovia visited the city of Gacko

当地时间5月9日，中国欧洲经济技术合作协会波黑代表处主任陈慧，率团队访问波黑加茨科市，与该市市长武科塔 · 戈韦达里察（Vukota Govedarica）及其团队举行工作会谈。双方围绕中资企业项目选址、当地项目投资等议题达成合作共识，为深化中波经贸合作注入新动能。

On May 9 local time, Chen Hui, Director of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Representative Office of the China-Europe Association for Technical and Economic Cooperation, led a delegation to visit the city of Gacko in Bosnia and Herzegovina, where they held working talks with the city's mayor, Vukota Govedarica, and his team. Both sides reached a consensus on cooperation regarding site selection for Chinese-funded enterprise projects and local investment initiatives, injecting new impetus into the deepening of economic and trade cooperation between China and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Chen Hui met with Ivan Todorov, the Serbian Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina

5月15日中欧协会一带一路经贸工作委员会会长陈慧赴塞尔维亚驻波黑大使馆，拜访伊万·托多罗夫大使。伊万·托多罗夫大使阁下对陈慧一行的来访表示欢迎，并对中欧协会在“一带一路”倡议框架下所做出的积极贡献予以肯定。他重申，塞尔维亚高度重视与中国的合作，并将继续支持有助于本地区繁荣发展的投资与合作项目。

On May 15, Chen Hui, President of the Belt and Road Economic and Trade Work Committee of the China-Europe Association, visited the Embassy of Serbia in Bosnia and Herzegovina to meet with Ambassador Ivan Todorov. His Excellency Ambassador Ivan Todorov extended a warm welcome to Chen Hui and her delegation, and acknowledged the positive contributions made by the China-Europe Association within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative. He reiterated that Serbia places great importance on cooperation with China and will continue to support investment and collaborative projects that contribute to the prosperity and development of the region.

Chen Hui led a delegation to pay a visit to Nermin Nikšić, Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

2025年5月20日，陈慧率代表团拜访波斯尼亚和黑塞哥维那联邦政府，并与联邦总理内尔明·尼克希奇（Nermin Nikšić）举行了会谈，会议重点围绕Vc走廊快速路和高速公路的设计、融资及建设合作展开深入交流.

On May 20, 2025, Ms. Chen Hui led a delegation from the China-Europe Association for Technical and Economic Cooperation to visit the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The meeting with Prime Minister Nermin Nikšić was held at the Government headquarters in Sarajevo, focusing on in-depth discussions about the design, financing, and construction of expressways and highways along Corridor Vc.

Forging a New Chapter in Belt and Road Cooperation: Thematic Promotion Conference for Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina in Pudong, Shanghai Successfully Held in Shanghai

当地时间9月17日下午，塞尔维亚、波黑上海浦东专题推介会在上海裕景大酒店成功举行。本次推介会由中国国际贸易促进委员会上海浦东分会与中国欧洲经济技术合作协会一带一路经贸工作委员会共同主办，旨在进一步推动中国与中东欧国家在经贸领域的务实合作，助力“一带一路”倡议高质量发展。

On the afternoon of September 17 local time, the Thematic Promotion Conference for Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina in Shanghai's Pudong was successfully held at the Shanghai Eton Hotel. This event was jointly organized by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Shanghai Pudong Sub-council and the Belt and Road Economic and Trade Work Committee of the China-Europe Association for Technical and Economic Cooperation. The conference aimed to further advance practical cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European countries in the economic and trade fields, and to support the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative.

The Belt and Road Economic and Trade Work Committee of the China-Europe Association has invited a delegation from the Republika Srpska (Bosnia and Herzegovina) Highway Corporation to China

在中欧协会一带一路经贸工作委员会的邀请下，塞族共和国高速公路公司代表团于2025年10月下旬赴华，赴中国进出口银行会谈，推动武科萨夫列-布尔奇科（VB）高速公路项目融资落地，到访中建三局武汉总部，与中建三局党委副书记、总经理刘鹏座谈交流，出席2025国际（武汉）智能建造产业博览会，观摩智慧梁场。

At the invitation of the Belt and Road Economic and Trade Work Committee of the China-Europe Association, a delegation from the Highway Corporation of the Republika Srpska visited China in late October 2025. During the visit, the delegation held talks with the Export-Import Bank of China to advance the financing process for the Vukosavlje-Brčko (VB) Highway Project. They also visited the Wuhan headquarters of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd., where they engaged in discussions with Liu Peng, Deputy Party Committee Secretary and General Manager of the company. Additionally, the delegation attended the 2025 International (Wuhan) Intelligent Construction Industry Expo and observed smart beam yard operations.

2025年10月30日，应中国欧洲经济技术合作协会一带一路经贸工作委员会邀请，波黑联邦副总统雷菲克·伦多率波黑外贸商会主席艾哈迈特·埃格尔利奇，波黑扎维多维契市市长埃尔娜·梅尔迪奇·斯迈尔霍季奇等高级代表团对中国国机海南、中国五冶集团上海有限公司、浙江瑞邦智能、江苏伟创电气、苏州纽威、天能储能、比亚迪汽车基地等企业进行了访问。

On October 30, 2025, at the invitation of the Belt and Road Economic and Trade Work Committee of the China-Europe Association for Technical and Economic Cooperation, Refik Lendo, Vice President of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, led a high-level delegation, including Ahmet Egrlić, Chairman of the Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Erna Meldić Smailhodžić, Mayor of Zavidovići, Bosnia and Herzegovina, to visit several Chinese enterprises. These included Sinomach Hainan, China MCC5 Group Shanghai Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Ruibang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Weichuang Electric Co., Ltd., Suzhou Newway Precision Co., Ltd., Tianneng Energy Storage, and BYD Company Limited  Automotive Base.



代表团在合肥期间与中铁四局党委书记、董事长刘勃在合肥举行会谈。刘勃希望，进一步发挥自身优势，深度参与波黑联邦交通网络升级与民生工程建设，助力当地经济社会发展，互惠共赢。雷菲克·伦多表示，波黑联邦政府高度重视基础设施建设，正积极推进交通网络升级和重大工程，愿为中国中铁及中铁四局提供政策支持和合作便利，共同推动高质量项目落地，促进民生改善和经济繁荣。

During their stay in Hefei, the delegation held talks with Liu Bo, Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of China Railway Fourth Bureau Group Co., Ltd., in Hefei. Liu Bo expressed the hope to further leverage the company’s strengths, deeply participate in the transport network upgrade and people’s livelihood projects in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, support local economic and social development, and achieve mutually beneficial and win-win outcomes. Refik Lendo stated that the government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina places high importance on infrastructure construction and is actively advancing the upgrade of its transport network and major projects. He expressed readiness to provide policy support and cooperation facilitation for China Railway Group and China Railway Fourth Bureau, jointly promoting the implementation of high-quality projects to improve people’s livelihoods and drive economic prosperity.

应中国欧洲经济技术合作协会一带一路经贸工作委员会邀请，2025年10月30日上午波黑塞族共和国高速公路公司董事长拉多万·维什科维奇率高级代表团访问北京，与中国海外工程有限责任公司党委书记、董事长姜喆举行工作会谈。会谈期间双方就推进项目建设、加强基础设施建设领域合作进行了深入交流，并达成广泛共识。

At the invitation of the Belt and Road Economic and Trade Work Committee of the China-Europe Association for Technical and Economic Cooperation, Radovan Višković, Chairman of the Highway Corporation of the Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina, led a high-level delegation to Beijing on the morning of October 30, 2025, and held working talks with Jiang Zhe, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Overseas Engineering Co., Ltd. During the meeting, the two sides engaged in in-depth exchanges on advancing project implementation and strengthening cooperation in the field of infrastructure construction, reaching extensive consensus.



10月31日，中建三局党委副书记、总经理刘鹏在武汉与塞族共和国高速公路公司总经理拉多万·维斯科维奇举行会谈。双方就VB项目融资落地、深化战略合作、共同推进泛欧5C高速公路及其他重点项目达成共识。公司党委书记、董事长张金军参加会谈。

On October 31, Liu Peng, Deputy Party Committee Secretary and General Manager of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd., held talks with Radovan Višković, General Manager of the Highway Corporation of the Republika Srpska, in Wuhan. The two sides reached a consensus on advancing the financing implementation of the VB Project, deepening strategic cooperation, and jointly promoting the Pan-European Corridor 5C Highway and other key projects. Zhang Jinjun, Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of the company, attended the talks.



11月1日上午，塞族共和国高速公路公司总经理拉多万·维斯科维奇应邀出席2025国际（武汉）智能建造产业博览会国际合作发展会议，与来自多国的嘉宾共同探讨前沿技术、创新理念与合作机遇。

On the morning of November 1, Radovan Višković, General Manager of the Highway Corporation of the Republika Srpska, attended the International Cooperation and Development Conference of the 2025 International (Wuhan) Intelligent Construction Industry Expo, where he joined guests from multiple countries in discussing cutting-edge technologies, innovative concepts, and collaboration opportunities.



11月1日下午，塞族共和国高速公路公司代表团一行参观汉南大通道项目智慧梁场，现场观摩智慧梁场的数字化生产、自动化张拉、BIM信息化管理等现代化施工技术，对中建三局在智能建造领域的创新成果给予高度评价。

In the afternoon of November 1, the delegation from the Highway Corporation of the Republika Srpska visited the smart beam yard of the Hannan Grand Channel Project. They observed modern construction technologies such as digitalized production, automated tensioning, and BIM-based information management. The delegation spoke highly of the innovative achievements made by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. in the field of intelligent construction.

当地时间2025年12月30日上午，中国海外波黑布尔奇科-别利那高速公路项目融资贷款协议正式签署。

On the morning of December 30, 2025, local time, the financing loan agreement for the China Overseas Bučko-Bijeljina Highway Project in Bosnia and Herzegovina was formally signed.

波黑塞族共和国高速公司董事长拉多万·维什科维奇在巴布亚卢卡签署布尔奇科-别利那段高速公路项目融资贷款协议。随着本融资贷款协议的签约生效，标志着中国中铁在欧洲区域市场首个商业类融资项目、中国海外首个融资类项目成功落地并生效。

Radovan Višković, Chairman of the Highway Corporation of the Republika Srpska in Bosnia and Herzegovina, signed the financing loan agreement for the Brčko-Bijeljina Expressway Project in Banja Luka. With the signing and effectiveness of this financing loan agreement, it marks the successful launch and implementation of China Railway Group’s first commercially financed project in the European regional market, as well as China Overseas Engineering Group's (COVEC) first  project under a financing modely Storage, and Yadi Automotive Base.
