新春伊始，万象更新。值此马年到来之际，四川省一带一路经贸合作促进会向全体会员、海内外伙伴，以及所有关心支持四川开放发展的各界朋友，致以最诚挚的新春祝福！

On the Year of the Horse, the Sichuan Promotion Association for the Belt and Road Initiative would like to extend its warmest New Year greetings to all members, partners and friends supporting Sichuan's opening-up development.

回望2025，我们携手共进，成果丰硕。在各方支持下，促进会聚焦实效，推动了一系列务实合作：全年举办“川行天下”、“带路出海”、“开放成都”、蓉品、绵品出海等品牌活动超60余场，接待多国代表团并组织企业出海，促成数十项合作；开展经贸培训超20场，“贸易摩擦工作站”发布预警322条，服务涉及企业1500余家；新增境外服务点，深度服务会员超100家；探索“烟花+文旅”等跨界融合，参与农博会产销对接助力乡村振兴，利用联合国开发计划署“会客厅”平台服务中小微企业，积极履行社会责任。

Looking back on 2025, we delivered fruitful outcomes. With support from all sides, the SCBR facilitated a wide range of practical collaborations. Throughout the year, we organized more than 60 promotional activities, including flagship events such as "Global Promotion for Sichuan Brands & Commodities", "Belt and Road Going Global" and "Opening Chengdu". We hosted delegations from various countries, arranged overseas business visits for local enterprises, and facilitated dozens of cooperation projects. Additionally, we conducted over 20 economic and trade training sessions. Through the Sichuan Trade Friction Assistance Center, we issued 322 early warnings, serving more than 1,500 companies. New overseas service points were set up to provide dedicated support to over 100 member units. We also explored cross-sector integration like "fireworks + cultural tourism", supported rural revitalization by holding matchmaking events at the Sichuan Agricultural Expo, and served SMEs via the UNDP "INSPIRO" platform as part of our commitment to social responsibility.

展望2026，我们策马新程，同心致远。新的一年，是国家“十五五”规划的开局之年。促进会将秉持“排头兵、贴心人、架桥者”的定位，与大家并肩前行：一是务实推动产业出海，重点组织参加首尔食品展等13场国际展会，举办11场深度国别对接；二是精准赋能企业发展，举办超20场线上撮合会，强化新能源、装备制造等领域专业服务；三是拓展开放合作空间，夯实境外联络处功能，深化与重点区域商协会合作。

Looking ahead to 2026, we are committed to moving forward together with a shared purpose. As the coming year marks the start of China's 15th Five-Year Plan, the key work priorities of the SCBR are as follows: First, we'll participate in 13 international exhibitions such as the SFH 2026, and organize 11 in-depth country-specific matchmaking events. Second, we'll host over 20 online business matchmaking meetings, particularly on sectors such as new energy and equipment manufacturing. Third, we'll expand open cooperation by enhancing the functions of overseas liaison offices and deepening collaboration with key regional associations.

单丝不成线，独木不成林。让我们凝聚众智，在“十五五”新征程的开局之年，携手创造更扎实的成果，为四川开放高地与“一带一路”建设贡献更大力量！

Let us join hands in the first year of the 15th Five-Year Plan and contribute greater strength to building Sichuan into an open hub and advancing the BRI construction.

促进会（SCBR）简介

四川省一带一路经贸合作促进会（Sichuan Promotion Association for the Belt and Road Initiative）于2016年成立，由大型国企、民企、国际商业机构、高校、智库联合发起，是在四川省民政厅核准登记的具有独立法人地位的非营利性社会组织。促进会接受登记管理机关四川省民政厅的监督管理和业务主管单位四川省商务厅的业务指导。宗旨是通过建设一带一路专业智库、构建全球经贸关系网络、搭建项目落地平台，服务地方政府和企业参与一带一路建设。
