应该没什么问题吧
又没给什么银行账号也没签合同....只要你写的信没什么说我要买你寄给我之类的就没事吧

好像是说 · 请检查你的邮件信箱（收件箱或是垃圾邮件箱）并且如果你收到付款收据的话请回复告知我。

车子要上路还有不少手续呢。。
只把车邮寄过来，过几天再拿着FZB说，这是自己的失车，车算是谁的？

一般小额的合同可以是口头的，但像车子那样的大件，没有书面合同就把车给你邮寄过来，呵呵，lz是中奖了吧！
