We are currently looking for an

SalesOperation Planning Manager EU

Location:Munich, Germany

Responsibilities:

-Facilitate and oversee end-to-end management of operational processes in Europe.Develop and oversee operational plans to meet customer demand during peakseasons, ensuring optimal resource allocation and capacity utilization.

-Collaborate with the operations, logistics, and sales management teams in bothHQ and the EU to forecast demand, develop production schedules, and allocateresources effectively.

-Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas forimprovement and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

-Identify potential bottlenecks, risks, and challenges in the operationalprocess and proactively propose solutions to mitigate them.

-Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, whiledriving continuous improvement initiatives.

-Drive cross-functional collaboration, partnering with teams such as sales,marketing, and finance to align operational plans with business strategies.

-Provide regular reports on operational performance, highlighting key insightsand recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

·      Minimum 8 years’ previousexperience within a similar role in the solar business industry

·      Bachelor's degree in arelated field (e.g. supply chain management, operations management) orequivalent practical experience.

·      Strong analytical skills,with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive informeddecision-making.

·      Excellent organizationaland project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiplepriorities and meet deadlines.

·      Strong communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively withcross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

·      Proficiency in usingoperational planning software and tools, e.g. advanced knowledge of MicrosoftExcel.

·      Ability to adapt quicklyto dynamic environments and thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere.

Languages

Proficient English language skills. Chinese or German is a plus.
