美国电商平台亚马逊自当地时间7月8日至11日开启会员日促销活动。与往年会员日促销活动持续一至两天不同，今年促销活动延长至四天。据美国数据分析公司奥多比(Adobe Analytics)最新预测，这场“购物马拉松”预计推动美国零售商的在线销售额飙升至241亿美元，同比增长了30.3%。
市场分析认为，活动延长的部分原因在于，亚马逊试图以此抵消美国政府关税政策导致的商品价格上涨给销量带来的冲击。
奥多比报告显示，此次许多购物者没有“挥霍”购买昂贵的电子产品或奢侈品，而是利用促销活动囤积洗洁精、纸盘等家庭必需品以及开学季刚需商品。市场研究公司Numerator对5万多个家庭样本的数据收集显示，三分之二的购买商品单价低于20美元。
作为全球规模最大的电商购物节之一，亚马逊会员日历来是观察美国消费趋势与经济韧性的重要窗口。有业内人士指出，虽然线上销售额增长超三成，但实际上更多展现了美国消费者在高通胀及关税压力下更倾向于“精打细算”，利用大促活动进行集中采购，从而实现“聪明省钱”。在此消费趋势下，美国零售商通过延长促销等灵活策略，缓冲政策风险将更为必要。亚马逊此次“四日鏖战”能否有效对冲关税长期影响，将成为后续美零售业经营策略调整的重要参考。

Goldman Sachs will Pilot the World's First AI Programmer

据外媒报道，总部位于美国的国际投资银行高盛表示，公司正在测试人工智能初创公司Cognition开发的自主软件“工程师”，其首个AI程序员预计很快将加入高盛12000名人类开发者的行列。

According to foreign media reports, Goldman Sachs, an international investment bank headquartered in the U.S., said that it is testing an autonomous software ‘engineer’ from artificial intelligence(AI) startup Cognition, and its first AI programmer is expected to soon join the ranks of the firm’s 12,000 human developers.

这个名为Devin的项目2024年在科技界引起不小关注，Cognition 称它创造了世界上第一位人工智能软件工程师。

The program, named Devin, became known in technology circles last year with Cognition’s claim that it had created the world’s first AI software engineer.

高盛称，这种强大的AI形式有潜力将员工生产力提升至以往AI工具的三到四倍。

This more powerful form of AI has the potential to boost worker productivity by up to three or four times the rate of previous AI tools, according to Goldman Sachs.

据外媒报道，人工智能机器人和生物识别技术公司RealSense近日宣布已从英特尔分拆，并完成5000万美元的 A 轮融资。

According to foreign media reports, RealSense,an artificial intelligence(AI) robotics and biometric company, recently announced that it has been spun off from Intel and completed a $50 million Series A funding round.

据了解，新注入的资金将帮助RealSense拓展新兴市场及其周边领域，同步扩大制造能力、销售体系及全球市场运营网络，以满足日益增长的人形机器人、自主移动机器人(AMR)以及AI驱动的智能门禁与安防解决方案需求。

The newly injected funds will help RealSense expand into emerging markets and their peripheral fields, while simultaneously enhancing its manufacturing capacity, sales system and global market operation network to meet the growing demand for humanoid robots, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), and AI-driven intelligent access control and security solutions.

国际金融服务公司摩根士丹利预计，随着科技公司在技术和自动化上押下重注，到2050年，人形机器人的市场规模将达到5万亿美元。

International financial services firm Morgan Stanley expects the market for humanoid robots to hit $5 trillion by 2050 as tech companies bet big on the technology and automation.
