一早收到 Palm 的邮件,以为是好消息,没想到……
大概意思是,我原来的机子有问题,需要换主板才能解决,我原来的序列号也不能用了,换了一个新的给我,呜呜,生产日期是比我原来的旧了二个月。我原来序列号是06年1月的,换回来的是05年12月的,一句话,为了原机,选择维修的方式,等了这么久,结果还是换了良品……
下面是邮件内容:
Dear Customer:
Thank you for choosing Palm as your choice of handhelds.
This is regarding the Palm handheld device that you have sent to us for a repair under the SRO number S1-◆◆◆◆◆◆◆. One of the components of the device has been found defective and with this we have changed the PCB (printed circuit board) of the unit.
The serial number of your device has been changed. The new serial number of your device is ◆◆◆◆◆◆.

啊?我一直坚持维修的,那现在不是成了更换?我的只是很普通的问题,竟然要弄到换 PCB ……那是不是整个机子都换了?还是换了外壳和 PCB?

上午收到这位自称 Crystal 的客服回信,内容大概就是说她只是转达,具体情况要问名叫 Iris 的工作人员,然后让我再等消息。
内容如下:

Greetings!
Thank you for contacting Palm Technical Support. This is Crystal and I am here to further assist you.
Sir or Madam, I have forwarded your email to Iris for her perusal and appropriate action. I will update you immediately once I have received a feedback from her or she will be contacting you personally.
My apologies for whatever inconveniences this has caused.

下午,接到深圳的电话,说已经收到我的 TX ,因为新加坡那边寄来的地址是英文的,上面邮件也有提到,所以对方要我给中文的地址来确认一下,还说第二天我就能收到了。

终于收到我的 TX 了!!开心~~
包裹是 EMS 寄来的,打开里面还有一个 DHL 的包裹,TX 给包装得挺好,有一个买来的那种防震很多气泡的胶袋,然后周围还有海绵包裹着。看里面的单据,是10号用 DHL 从新加坡寄到深圳一个物流公司,然后物流公司再打电话给我,问我的地址,再通过 EMS 转寄给我,大概流程就是这样。
检查了一下,屏幕没换,我之前贴的膜还在,一模一样,机壳也是我原来的那个,包括印着序列号和 MAC 地址的标签。不过,主板确实换过了,因为 MAC 地址变了。自己硬启了几次,都正常,正在慢慢使用上,没发现什么大的问题,感觉还挺好。不过,兴奋过头,不小心把 TX 摔了一下,呜呜,第一次啊!!!在右上角有一丁点点点的痕迹,不仔细还是看不出的,但已经心疼死了……

收到 Palm 发来的 售后服务 满意度问卷
帮他们捧捧场了,大体总的来说,是满意的,4月3日寄机出去,15日收到,速度已经挺快了,而且这是维修,不是平时说的用更换。如果更换,更加快,新加坡那边只要确认广州上海北京收到你的机子,就马上给你发别的良品。
