[建议] 建立BBS自动转信区

The newsgroup we are using now (e.g.dolc, mitbbs) is a modern form of the old BBS (Bulletin Board system), which used in the past to exchange messages from local message board to other locations.

Maybe DOLC could also try this, exchanging one session(subgroup) with other newsgroups, like MITBBS(http://www.mitbbs.com), 人在英国论坛(http://bbs.cninuk.net/), 战斗法国(http://www.revefrance.com/)， 战斗在荷兰(http://www.gogodutch.com/), etc.

This is also to resist the server attacks, sharing opinions and news across continents.
(sorry for typing in english, typing in ch would take too much time.)
