最新消息： 已经顺利取出Guthaben了， 我通过在eleton的个人账户给他们客服发了email质问 （之前私人邮箱发的一周都没理我）， 第三天就收到回信， 说非常抱歉guthaben给您freischalten完了， 现在已经可以取款了。。。等的可真不容易，我赶紧给取出来了。 不管怎么样，问题终于解决了， 安心了# y5 j" L! C% c; j/ ]

& c" i( E$ a2 y) O
' j1 [ W) l8 k2 d6 o4 t5 W我11月底签了一个免费手机, 随机有两张debitel的卡, 两张klarmobile的卡. 当时先收到的klarmobile的卡, 过了两三天手机跟debitel的卡一起寄来的. 当时我在eleton上的status就显示klarmobile的卡已经激活了. 而且后来我也收到他们通过email发给我的online rechnung的链接了, 这样的话klarmobile的两张卡肯定是激活了的, 对吧? 奇怪的就是, 我现在看我的guthabenkonto, 下面显示这样的话:

Bitte lösen Sie Ihren Gutschein zur Befreiung von der Handlingpauschale durch Anruf auf unserer Gutschein-Hotline (01805-75 00 55 16) ein. Somit fällt keine Handlingpauschale an und nach Ihrem Anruf wird Ihr Guthaben automatisch (ab Beginn des übernächsten Monats nach Freischaltung) freigegeben.". ?4 ~" z3 ?: G& `) }) M5 ~% Y. J
上面意思是说klarmobile没有跟eleton发过我使用他们的sim卡的确认. 所以我的guthaben不能给我. $郁闷$ ' Q- Z, d! v- U4 }
这是怎么回事啊? 卡收到后除了用它们打过那个免开通费的热线01805-75 00 55 16或01805-75 00 55 17, 我就没用过.
