JobResponsibilities:

1. Carry outdaily after-sales service maintenance and repair work for forklifts(Jungheinrich and other brands) at the company and customers’ sites;

2. Install and adjustforklifts at the company and customers’ sites;

3. Providebasic training to customers and provide feedback on customers’ comments andsuggestions on equipment usage;

4. Communicateeffectively with customers to solve forklift problems.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelordegree or above in electromechanical, mechanical, auto repair, vehicleengineering and other majors;

2. Those withrelevant work experience in electromechanical/automobile/industrial equipmentare preferred;

3. Responsible,Able to withstand certain work intensity, and have a good sense of service;

4. Basiccomputer operation, preferably with a driving license.

工作职责：

1、 在公司和客户现场进行叉车（永恒力等品牌）的日常售后服务保养、维修工作；

2、 在公司和客户现场进行叉车的安装调试；

3、 对客户进行基础培训，反馈用户对产品使用情况的意见和建议；

4、 跟客户进行有效沟通，解决叉车使用问题。

职位要求：

1、 机电类、机械类、汽修类、车辆工程类等专业本科以上学历；

2、 有机电/汽车/工业设备等相关工作经验尤佳；

3、 有责任心、能承受一定工作强度，服务意识好；

4、 基本的电脑操作，有驾驶证者更佳。
