4 Z$ T/ j2 C0 j! a# O5 WSo, if you don't eat your main meal(chunky, difficult to digest)  first,  the waiter/waitress won't serve you the dessert.
the lyrics MIGHT mean that if you(as students don't study hard), you won't get anything sweet from the life.

3. I did not spend time in research the background of this song,which could be interesting.
